spicy chipotle dressing

ingredients

1 cup plain oat yogurt

1 cup water

1/2 cup cilantro ( packed - fresh )

2 chipotle peppers ( soaked and seeded )

1 tsp salt

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dijon mustard

1/2 lime ( juice )

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp maple syrup

step by step

  1. Use a whisk, immersion blender, or regular blender to mix all the ingredients until smooth and well combined ( If the dressing is too thick, you can add more water, a tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached )

  2. Pour over any salad to spice up your veggie life!
