peanut butter asian dressing
ingredients
1.25" fresh ginger ( grated )
1 cup tamari ( sub soya sauce )
1/4 cup sesame oil
3 tbsp rice vinegar ( sub 1/2 lime )
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp powdered PB ( sub natural PB or another nut/seed butter )
1 tsp roasted garlic
2 - 3 tbsp maple syrup
step by step
Add all the ingredients into a jar or a bottle and give them a good shake until they are well combined.
Pour over any salad and enjoy!
* This one is great as a buddha bowl dressing, tofu marinade, stirfry sauce, or rice paper roll sauce!
