green smoothie

ingredients

3 frozen bananas 

1 scoop plain protein ( or vanilla )

1/2 cup frozen spinach 

1/2 cup soya milk

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp peanut butter

Cocoa nibs to liking


step by step

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are smooth and well combined ( If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit more water or plant-based milk until you reach your desired consistency )

  3. Pour and enjoy!
