mulled apple cider

ingredients

5 cups apple cider

1 small orange - sliced ( I snacked on the end pieces so feel free to do that too lol )

1/2" fresh ginger - roughly chopped in small pieces

4 - 6 all spice berries

1 cinnamon stick

step by step

  1. Place all ingredients in a small pot over low heat and allow to very lightly simmer / steam for 40-60 minutes.

    ( the orange might let off some pulp. If that bothers you, strain through a fine mesh strainer )

  2. Serve it up hot, breathe a sigh-der of relief, and take a tasty sip!
