golden milk
ingredients
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup - 1 cup water
1/2" fresh ginger ( roughly chopped )
1 cinnamon stick
2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp vanilla
maple syrup to taste
step by step
Add all ingredients ( except maple syrup ) to a small pot and heat on low heat for 10 - 50 minutes. ( Don't boil, just bring to a light simmer! )
Add maple syrup in individually mugs and enjoy your mug-nificent drink!
