matcha lavender latte

ingredients

1 cup oat milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tbsp lavender flowers

2 tbsp maple syrup ( depending your sweetness preference )

1 heaping tsp matcha

1/4 cup water

step by step

  1. Place milk, vanilla, lavender and maple syrup in a small pot over low heat and allow to very lightly simmer / steam for about 10-15 minutes.

  2. Add matcha and hot water to you mug and whisk together well.

  3. Pour your milk through a fine mesh strainer over your matcha.

  4. Brace yourself for the flavour bomb, it’s a ‘latte’ to handle!
