protein yogurt fruit bowl

ingredients

1 orange

1 banana

1 cup of yogurt

1 scoop of berry protein powder

drizzle of peanut butter ( or tahini / any nut butter of your choice )

pumpkin seeds

sunflower seeds

cocoa nibs

hemp hearts

pecans

step by step

  1. Peel your orange and cut it into slices, then peal your banana and slice it in half.

  2. Pour the yogurt and berry protein powder into a bowl and mix and until combined.

  3. Assemble the bowl by adding the banana and orange slices, and topping with the seeds, nibs and nuts ( add as much as your heard desires! )

  4. Drizzle the peanut butter ( or tahini / nut butter of your choice ) on top.

  5. Grab a spoon and go bananas!
