tahini granola

ingredients

2 cups oats

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup buckinis

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup puffed quinoa

1/3 cup chopped dates

1/4 cup tahini

1/4 cup agave ( sub maple syrup )

2 tbsp date syrup ( sub maple syrup )

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla

small handful currants

step by step

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Grease a baking tray with coconut oil and use a spatula to evenly spread out the granola into a thin layer ( add a little pressure to flatten so that it forms clusters after it bakes )

  3. Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes ( but keep an eye on it because every oven cooks differently! )

  4. Once it is baked, allow it to cool for 15 minutes.

  5. Top with whatever you desire and enjoy your breakfast one crunchy bite at a time!
