fresh hummus

ingredients

1 can unsalted chickpeas ( rinsed and peeled )

2tsp salt

1 tsp oregano

2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

1/2 of a lemon, juiced

3 tbsp tahini

1tsp dijon mustard

1 tsp maple syrup

1 tsp onion powder

2 tsp garlic powder

step by step

  1. Throw everything into a blender / food processor and blend until smooth!

  2. If you want to thin the hummus a little, add 2-3 tbsp olive oil or some aquafaba.

  3. Top with whatever your heart desires, I added hot paprika, black pepper and parsley!
